Day Five

I finally made it to the gym this morning, wahoooo!!!

Started the day off with a bottle of water!

Workout: 1 Hour Cardio Class @ Equinox

Breakfast - Smoothie with 1/2cup pineapple, 1/4 cup mango, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1t bee pollen, 8oz coconut water, 1T Zuddha Girl Berry Blend

Mid-Morning Snack - 20 almonds, 1T goji berries

Lunch - 6oz salmon, veggies, 1/2 cup brown rice

Refresher - Mint, Chlorophyll, Drop of Stevia w/Ice & Water

Afternoon Snack  - Apple

Dinner - 1 cup Lentil Soup

Snack - Apple w/1T Almond Butter, 15 almonds, 5 cashews

Total Water: 5 bottles

Vitamins: I forgot again, ah!

Total Estimated Calories: 1450

Drink as much water as possible!  If you need a little flavor, don’t grab the processed stuff they sell at the stores, add your own zing! Try lemon, mint and cucumber - I promise you, it’s delish and good for you!  Lemon suppresses appetite, mint aids digestion and cucumber is super hydrating and helps reduce your body’s water retention.  Say buh bye to bloat with this refreshing twist on plain old agua.  Drink up!

Dinner - Roasted Broccoli w/1T pine nuts

Snack - 1T sunflower seeds, 5 cashews, 5 almonds

Total Water: 6 bottles

Vitamins: Ah, I forgot! Gotta remember tomorrow.

Lunch - 1/3 cup quinoa, 1/2 cup sauteed green beans, 3 chicken breast tenders

Afternoon Snack  - Apple, 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds

Dinner - 1/2 cup quinoa, 1/2 cup sauteed green beans, 15 almonds
